August 2 - In response to the many recent uncivilized behaviors of Chongqing fans, the Chongqing Tongliang Dragon Music Department has issued a proposal for civilized viewing of the game, calling on fans to cheer enthusiastically while watching the game in a rational manner.
Chongqing Tongliang Dragon Club's proposal for civilized spectatorship is as follows:
[Dragon calls on everyone to watch the game rationally and civilized, excessive behavior will be punished oh!
Dear 12th Man:
The 2024 season saw the Chinese First Division enter a short break. Dragon is very grateful for the warm atmosphere you created at home. Whether you won or not, your encouragement and chants were an endless motivation for us to win. In the exciting and cheering atmosphere of Tongliang Dragon Stadium this season, there are still some uncivilized and illegal behaviors, which not only affect the smooth running of the game, but also damage the image of our red home field. For this reason, we have issued a special initiative to most of our fans to watch the game in a civilized manner, and I hope you will cheer enthusiastically and watch the game rationally.
The following are a few typical cases that have occurred recently and I hope to draw your attention to them:
1. On June 2, 2024, during the 12th round of the Central League match, a fan, Li Mou, watched the match after drinking and showed uncivilized behavior, and was stopped and persuaded to leave the stadium by the staff on duty at the scene.
2. On June 22, 2024, before the fourth round of the FA Cup, fans Hua Mou, Guo Mou, Zhang Mou, and Qi Mou hid cold fireworks and prepared to set them off during the match, and were seized by security. On the same day, fans Xiong Mou due to emotional excitement will be mineral water bottles thrown into the stadium, was on duty staff to stop and persuade to leave the stadium. Yu Mou posing as a stadium staff to bring fans into the stadium, was found by the staff, was administrative detention for five days.
3. On July 21, 2024, during the 18th round of the Chinese First Division League, a fan, Li Mou, was damaged by throwing a water bottle holder into the stadium and was placed under administrative detention for five days. On the same day, a fan, Wang Mou, who watched the match bare-chested at the entrance to the bleacher channel, affecting the viewing and traffic of other fans and pushing and shoving a police officer who had persuaded him to maintain order, was placed in administrative detention for eight days.
In response to the above uncivilized and illegal behavior, Chongqing Tongliang Dragon Football Club will put some people on the "blacklist", restricting them from watching the remaining home matches of Chongqing Tongliang Dragon this season.
There are still 12 rounds of league matches left in the season. Chongqing Tongliang Dragons will make adjustments during this interval. When they come back, they will work as hard as ever to find the key to victory! Climb bravely! We also call on our fans and friends:
1. Observe the order of the venue and do not participate in any illegal behavior.
II. Watch the game in a civilized manner and do not throw any objects onto the field.
3. Remain calm and restrained, and do not become emotionally agitated or over-behave because of the outcome of the race.
4. Respect all players and referees on the field and listen to the field work and security staff.
5. Take care of public facilities and do not damage any facilities in the field.
Together, let's create a bleacher environment where we can watch the game with passion and reason. I believe our hearts are connected and we will be able to get to the other side where we want to go! Chongqing has risen!
