July 24 (Xinhua) -- According to Qingdao Daily reporter Sun Fei's analysis, Qingdao West Coast Club's deputy general manager Zhou Xin has been appointed as the head of the first-team Chinese coaching team, which doesn't mean that Japanese head coach Hisashi Kurosaki will leave the club.

Last night, Qingdao West Coast FC officially announced that Zhou Xin, the vice general manager in charge of youth training, will be the head of the first team's Chinese coaching team until the end of the season. The club said in the appointment announcement that it expects that under Zhou Xin's leadership, the Chinese coaching team will work closely with the foreign coaching team to develop more targeted and adaptive training programs and game strategies to help the players achieve better results in the game.

As you can see, West Coast's Japanese boss Hisashi Kurosaki has not been sacked, however this is the first time in West Coast's history that they have had a Chinese coaching team leader. Coincidentally, Zhou Xin resigned as West Coast's head coach with 20 rounds left in last season's Central League, while he took over as the head of West Coast's Chinese coaching staff when this season's Super League reached its 20th round.
