March 18, 2011 - The Chinese Football Association (CFA) officially announced its disciplinary decisions today. Chongqing's foreign player Lescano and Heilongjiang's foreign player Dacier were found guilty for violent behavior. The two were suspended for five and four matches and fined 50,000 and 40,000 respectively.

During the China League One match between Chongqing Tongliang Dragons and Heilongjiang Bingcheng, Chongqing foreigner Lescano and Heilongjiang foreigner Dacier clashed after going down at the top. The scene judged that both sides were beating each other as they fell to the ground. The referee penalized both foreigners for violence.
