In the 7th round of the EPL home match against Southampton, Arsenal won with a score of 3-1. After the match, Arsenal manager Arteta was interviewed and commented on his team's performance.

Arteta began by stating that Arsenal made a great start, dominating the field and creating many scoring chances. However, incredibly, the team wasn't able to take an early lead and even fell behind at one point.

"We conceded the first goal and that made the game close." Arteta said, "But I thought the team responded very strongly and I was happy to see them deal with the adversity that way. Still, I'm a little dissatisfied with the fact that we had so many chances and still had to go through that deficit."

Despite the poor start, Arsenal showed great fighting spirit and resilience in the game. Arteta singled out the substitutes for the difference they made to the energy on the pitch and the atmosphere of the crowd, believing that their presence on the pitch breathed new life into the team.

"The substitutes did a great job and they changed the course of the game." Arteta said, "We ended up winning the game, which we deserved. The team found a way to break the game open despite being down 0-1 in a tough situation."

Speaking about Havertz, who scored the equalizing goal, Arteta spoke highly of him. He believes that Havertz is a very combative and intelligent player, always focused on achieving his goals and once again showed great performance in the game.

"Havertz did a great job and he proved himself once again." Arteta said, "The last time we had a break between international days, we lost a lot of players and had a very tough schedule. But this team showed great cohesion and fighting spirit and they found a way to overcome the difficulties. This is a good basis to continue this season."

Overall, Arsenal showed excellent fighting spirit and resilience to win the game. Arteta was satisfied with his team's performance and expects them to continue their good form in the coming matches.
