Everton manager Dyche has expressed his blasé attitude towards future speculation in recent interviews, making it clear that he intends to complete the remainder of his contract at Goodison Park. Despite the Toffees securing their first league win of the season with a 2-1 victory over Crystal Palace last weekend, Dyche has not let up on his plans and attitude towards the future of the team. He emphasized that he will not lose his temper or make excuses over the change in his contract, instead choosing to move on and fulfill his contract in good faith, believing it to be the right way to work.

With the upcoming takeover and new stadium, events that mark a new era for Everton, Dyche said that although he was brought in because of the reality of the current situation, it was clear that the situation was more complex and difficult than he had imagined. He admits that it is better to be realistic at this stage and leave the dream for later. Dyche believes that everyone wants to leave their mark on the tenure of a soccer club, but at the moment he knows nothing about future acquisitions and new changes and can only wait and see.

He further noted that the club needs to be clear about its position and consider how to bring in money and balance the books in the face of various challenges such as Financial Fair Play and PSR. At the same time, bringing in players who can fit into the team and develop, as well as nurturing less well-rounded players to become part of the team before selling them, are all factors that need to work like magic, but it's not easy. Dyche admits that it was a huge challenge and remains an ongoing one. In the face of everything that could happen in the future, the only thing he can guarantee is that Everton are working very, very hard and will continue to do so.
