In a Serie A match, Como went down 1-3 to rival Napoli. After the match, Como manager Cesc Fabregas was interviewed by the media, summarizing and reflecting on the match.
Fabregas said, "I think Como were great for not just 45 minutes in today's game, but the full 60 minutes. In comparison, Napoli were only really good for 15 minutes and they only really got strong after they scored the third goal."
Regarding the team's tactical arrangement, Cesc Fabregas explained, "I want the team to be more forward and take back the ball through high-pressure pressing. That's why I played Roberto as a wing-back and sent in three strikers - Gabriele Loni, Belotti and Cutrone. I've been emphasizing that our attack should go more through the middle and make more crosses."
However, Fabregas also admitted that there is still a lot for the team to improve: "The team must understand that we are not a top team like Barcelona and we need to recognize the different phases of the game and adjust accordingly. This takes time and requires us to work together with the players."
Despite the loss, Cesc Fabregas remains confident about his team's future: "We kept our composure after conceding the third goal, which was very important. I believe that as long as we continue to work hard and improve our tactics and coordination, we will be able to achieve better results in future matches."
