At the adventure ceremony, everyone reviewed the team's wonderful performance in the 2023 season through the video, and thanked the fans for supporting the team all the way into the Central League. Afterwards, the club's head coach Li Jinyu made a declaration of the new season's appearance. Li Jin Yu said: "Looking back at the past 2023 season, we have experienced many challenges and difficulties, but we always believe that as long as we have a dream in our hearts and keep our feet on the ground, there will be no obstacles or unattainable goals. In the new season, we will face stronger rivals and tougher competition, but we are confident because we have a united team that dares to fight, and we have a passionate and experienced coach and work team. Since the team regrouped at the beginning of December 2023, we have been preparing for the new season for three months, and the team's formation and playing style have matured. With a more disciplined approach and more scientific training methods, we are improving our strengths to meet the new challenges. In this season's matches, we will continue to carry forward the spirit of "unity, hard work, enterprising", and go all out to fight for Yunnan. In the first year of the Central League, our goal is to bring more soccer joy to the people of Yunnan on the basis of a firm foothold in the Central League."
All the players then appeared in turn and player representative Zhao Yuhao took the oath. Born in Yunnan, Zhao Yuhao finally returned to his hometown this season after years of wandering in the Chinese Super League. He hopes to bring some energy and vitality to the players and fans and create a new business card for Yunnan soccer.
The team's home and away game jerseys for the new season were also unveiled for the first time. The home jerseys continue to use the color orange, while the away jerseys changed from white to blue. At the same time, Yukon's fan organization also met with all the players. About 150 fans from the Yukon Fan Association, Kirin Club, New Yunnan Army and Small Steel Warriors, as well as the Yunnan University Union Fan Association, cheered for the team. In the new season, they will work together with the team to overcome difficulties, cheer for the team in every home and away game, and be the team's most solid backing.
At the end of the recruitment ceremony, Yang Zhonghua, director of the Yunnan Provincial Sports Bureau, handed over the recruitment flag, symbolizing mission and glory, to Yunnan player Zhao Yuhao.
