The NWSL Gulf Coast women's soccer team has signed Zambian striker Kundanangi for a record transfer fee of $787,000 for a women's player, according to Fox Sports.

On Tuesday, the Gulf Coast women's soccer team signed Zambian forward Kundanangi to a five-year contract, with the fifth year optional, for a women's soccer record $787,000 transfer fee.

Kundanangi is 23 years old and played for the CFF Madrid women's soccer team. Last season, she played 29 games for the team, contributing 25 goals and 3 assists. This season, Kundanangi has played 14 games for the team, contributing 8 goals and 2 assists. In addition, Kundanangi represented Zambia at last year's Women's World Cup, scoring 10 goals in 18 games for the national team.
