According to the latest documentary on the fight against corruption in soccer, Li Tie bought players, managers and referees from China Happiness and Wuhan Zhuoer. The champion of the Central League that year was Yanbian Changbaishan, and the second place was Hebei Huaxia Happiness coached by Li Tie. When Li Tie took over, there were only 9 games left in the season, and Huaxia Happiness was only ranked sixth, with no optimistic prospects of going beyond that. Huaxia Happiness in the final round of 2:in 0 victory over Shenzhen team, Shenzhen team spent 14 million yuan, and finally promoted the risk. Third-ranked Dalian Albin team (now Dalian people) is only two points behind, lost the qualification for promotion, two years later in 2017 to return to the Chinese Super League.
