According to the latest report from renowned soccer journalist Ben Jacobs, Arsenal's central player Odego is still a few weeks away from a full recovery. The talented midfielder suffered an unfortunate injury in a previous game, leaving fans extra concerned about his health.
Ben Jacobs noted in his report that "While Odego is gradually recovering from his injury, it will still take a few weeks for him to fully heal. And, even if he is able to return to training, it will take additional time for him to adjust to his best playing form. This is a challenge for him, but at the same time a process he must face."
On the timing of Odego's comeback, Ben Jacobs revealed, "The news I've gotten is that Arsenal FC are in no hurry to get Odego back at the moment. They would prefer him to play a key role in the league match against Liverpool rather than rushing his return against Shakhtar Donetsk. After all, the match against Liverpool takes place around the end of October, which gives Ödgö more recovery time."
Arsenal FC appear to be particularly cautious about Odego's comeback plans. Ben Jacobs further said, "It is a common goal for both Odego and Arsenal to try and get him up to speed for the game against Liverpool. However, Arsenal will never risk an early comeback if his recovery process takes longer. They know that the player's health is the team's most valuable asset and any risky comeback could have an irreversible impact on his career."
