Chinese player Gao Yuyang has officially joined J-League side Tokyo FC, the son of former Chinese national team member Gao Sheng, according to FC Tokyo officials.
Gao Yuyang was born on April 20, 1998 in Japan. He is a midfielder and the son of former Chinese international footballer Gao Sheng. He used to play for FC Greentown and joined Gamba Osaka in 2017.In 2019 he was loaned to Yamaguchi Renofa.At the beginning of 2021 he moved to Niigata Swans.
Takayo played 31 J-League matches for Niigata Swans this season and scored 1 goal. Tokyo FC officially announced today that Takayo has officially joined the team, which finished 11th in the J-League this season.
