The property, which was originally purchased by Premier League star Danny Ince, is currently listed for sale and boasts spacious bedrooms and reception rooms, as well as a full range of private facilities including a gym, swimming pool and sauna. Built in 2017, the mansion is ideally located just five minutes from the home of Harland's close friend, Gralish.
Currently, Harland is renting an apartment in Manchester City and his search for a property of his own is seen as a positive sign that he may stay at the city for the long term. Sources revealed that Harland has been keeping a low profile on his future plans, but this move may mean that he wants to have a more stable life and career plan at City. This is undoubtedly good news for the Manchester City club as they have been struggling to keep hold of the promising young striker.
Harland also owns properties in the Spanish resort of Marbella, which is worth up to $6 million, and in Oslo, Norway, where he owns a three-bedroom apartment worth $2.6 million. Despite owning a number of properties, Harland is clearly still looking for a more suitable place to live and work in Manchester.
