In its financial report for the 2023-24 season, FC Barcelona revealed a financial dispute with retired player Aguero. Aguero has submitted a mediation request for the club to pay €3 million as labor compensation for his retirement due to heart problems. The dispute is still awaiting submission to the Social Court for further processing and the club has not yet received notification of acceptance by a specific court.
Meanwhile, Scores Sports has also filed a lawsuit against Barcelona for €10 million as an agency fee for Dembele's August 2023 transfer to Paris Saint-Germain. Although Paris Saint-Germain have already paid a €50 million release fee, €25 million of that will be paid to his agent, Moussa Sissoko, under the terms of Dembele's contract with Barcelona. Barca dispute this and point to the enforcement of the relevant clause in the contract.
In addition, Barcelona have revealed an agreement with Gabriel Milito to settle a dispute over a €6.9 million claim against them. Although the exact amount was not disclosed, this agreement marks a consensus between the two parties on the issue.
