The Chinese women's soccer team is working hard to prepare for the second phase (top 12) of the Asian zone group stage of the Paris Olympic qualifying tournament, which begins on the 26th of this month. The Chinese women's soccer team's preparations entered a live simulation training phase for the Olympic qualifiers, with the team playing a warm-up match against a local men's soccer team from Xiamen in the U15 age group on the afternoon of the 17th. Attacker Tu Linli met with the team the afternoon before and became the first international player to study abroad.

In preparation for the second phase of the Paris Olympic Qualifiers, which will be held from October 26 to November 1, the Chinese women's soccer team was in Xiamen City on the 11th of this month and five days after the Hangzhou Asian Games 3 and 4 finals, where they re-centered on the Olympic Qualifiers. Most of the Chinese women's soccer players playing in the United States, Europe and Australia will not be able to return to the team until the opening of the International Matchday Cycle window later this month, due to FIFA's men's and women's soccer release rules.

In order to enrich the team's lineup, head coach Shui Qingxia decided to recruit two other overseas players, Shen Menglu and Tu Linli, to join the team for the World Cup and Hangzhou Asian Games, confirming that Wang Frost, Zhang Linyan, Wu Chengshu, Li Mengwen, Uri Gumura and Shen Mengyu will participate in the World Cup and Hangzhou Asian Games, respectively.

As the Icelandic Women's Super League season ended on October 7, Tu Linli, who plays for Icelandic Premier League club Brezablik, was able to return to the team earlier. However, due to her recent trip to the U.S. for personal affairs, she did not arrive in Xiamen to meet the team until the afternoon of the day before Beijing time due to the international airfare factor. Other international players will arrive at the team after the 22nd.

According to reports, Tu Linley has officially participated in the full team combine since yesterday. The coaching staff focused on the 24-year-old attacker during the second coaches' scrimmage of the day.
