According to an exclusive source from British media outlet TeamTalk, Riyadh Victory are ready to make an offer for De Bruyne, as well as being willing to offer £1 million a week.
Reports suggest that the City side are hesitant to offer a contract extension due to De Bruyne's age and the fact that he has started to suffer from injuries in recent years. This has given Riyadh Victory hope that the Saudi club believe they can convince De Bruyne.
De Bruyne, 33, currently earns £400,000 a week at Manchester City and his contract with the city expires in the summer of 2025, with the player de transfer currently valued at €45 million.
