In an interview, Barcelona's 17-year-old Kubasi shared his soccer experience and plans for the future. He said that he came to the national team to give his all and try to get called up to the roster, and that although he failed to play in the Euros before, he performed well in the Olympics and won the gold medal for the team. Kubasi spoke highly of both coaches, Harvey and Fricke, saying that Harvey was a great guy and Fricke had a strong desire to win from the start.

When it comes to the Ballon d'Or, Kubasi believes that Rodney, Carvajal and Vinicius all have a chance, but he personally favors Rodney. In addition, Kubasi revealed his academic pursuits, stating that he would like to combine his studies with soccer by studying something related to marketing or business administration.

Kubasi also recalled his first memories of soccer, which were the moments when Luis Enrique led Barcelona to the treble, while Puyol and Piqué were his idols. As for Barcelona, coached by Pep Guardiola, Kubasi said his memories come more from videos he watched online than from live TV broadcasts.
