In an interview with the media, Traore fondly recalled his experience during his time at Barcelona. He confessed that he had an unspeakable regret in his heart, perhaps because every player who comes out of the Barcelona youth training system harbors the dream of staying. Traore is aware that he joined as a loan player, so he always aims to help the team as much as possible.

Traore revealed that a coaching change midway through his loan spell had a considerable impact on his playing opportunities. He was originally expected to be a replacement for Dembele, but in the end, Coach Xavi decided to stick with Dembele, which also put a crimp in Traore's playing time. Nonetheless, Traore still sees the experience as a valuable learning phase from which he has learned a wealth of lessons.

Talking about the future, Traore said that he would seriously consider an offer to return if Barcelona made it to him. As a member of Barcelona's youth academy, he will always be a supporter of the team and is open to the possibility of a return. Of course, he also admitted that the premise of the return is to have a different situation, which means that both sides need to reach a consensus on transfer conditions, team planning and other aspects. Traore's statement undoubtedly leaves unlimited space for fans to fantasize.
