Liverpool midfielder Hrafenbech recently spoke to the club's e-magazine Walk On to share his thoughts on the new season, the new manager and the Premier League.

Speaking about new manager Sloter, Hrafenbech said, "It's really great to be back at Liverpool after the summer as I'm really looking forward to the season and am happy to be working under a new manager. So far, everything has been great. We are starting afresh with a new manager and everyone is starting from scratch, not to impress but to present ourselves again with a new manager making new decisions." He further noted that the training is different because of the different coaching staff, but he is very happy with this new way of training and style of play.

Regarding the Premier League, Hrafenbecher believes that he did pretty well in his first season and managed to reach his goal of getting more playing time than at his previous club. He mentioned that the Premier League is faster paced than German soccer, with more intense games and fast counter-attacks. Despite having more time in possession in the Bundesliga, he said he has gradually adapted to the pace of the Premier League and believes that training more with his teammates will lead to a quicker adaptation to the league.

Speaking about trophies and goals, Hrafenbech said, "We have to take it one game at a time and not focus too much on the future. Of course, as a player you want to win a lot of awards, especially the Premier League, but other awards as well." He emphasized that this is an exciting time to be at Liverpool and that he is aiming to win more awards and will take it one game at a time.
