Legendary Premier League goalscorer Alan Shearer spoke highly of Arsenal winger Saka in a recent interview, believing that he has all the qualities to be England captain.

Shearer said, "I wouldn't be surprised if Saka becomes England captain in the future. He's already captained Arsenal and his attitude, ability and the admiration everyone has for him shows he has the potential to be England captain."

Shearer further emphasized, "When the team needs a certain player to step up, Saka can do it and he has proved himself many times. I'm 100 percent sure he can be the future captain of England. What Saka has done has been absolutely amazing, every game he has been assaulted and pack defended by the opposition but once he has been on the field, his performances have been consistent."

Shearer was effusive in his praise for Sacca: "He's an incredibly talented player with such a great personality that it's impossible for people not to like him. And his attitude is second to none, always so focused and dedicated."

Shearer also reflected on Saka's experience with England, "Thinking about his experience with England in 2021 and how he overcame the odds and came out the way he did, it's a remarkable talent. He's incredibly brave and resilient and has always been able to come through at key moments."

In the upcoming 3rd round match of UEFA B League on October 11th at 02:45 GMT, England will face Greece at home. Saka, as an important member of the England team, is expected to continue to show his strength and leadership qualities in the match.
