In preparation for the Hangzhou Asian Games men's soccer tournament, which runs from Sept. 19 to Oct. 7, the Chinese men's soccer team for the Asian Games will re-centralize on Sept. 2 in Hangzhou. Conditions permitting, the team will hold two unofficial teaching matches against the team's non-conference opponents or domestic club teams before the start of the Asian Games. It is understood that the men's soccer Asian Games coaching team plans to recruit about 25 players to participate in this training, taking into account that some of the players were recruited to participate in the Olympic preliminaries, and individual players were injured during the league, and then arrange the candidates in accordance with the actual situation until the final 22 players who may participate in the Asian Games tournament are selected.

After the third phase (24th round) of competition in the Chinese Super League on Aug. 27, national teams at all levels will take advantage of the September cycle of international match days to train and play. In particular, the Chinese Men's Asian Football Team, which features 1999-age players, will concentrate on Sept. 2 in Hangzhou, China, in preparation for the upcoming Hangzhou Asian Games men's football tournament, which will be held from Sept. 19 to Oct. 7 in Hangzhou.

The schedule indicates that the Chinese men's soccer team will face their group stage opponents on the nights of September 19, 21 and 24th. In fact, the entirety of the Hangzhou Asian Games men's soccer tournament will be scheduled on a non-international match day, which means that players will be absent from rounds 25-27 of the Chinese Super League or rounds 21-24 of the Sept. 2-17 tournament. As a result, the CFA and league managers will likely "compensate" the players by transporting them to the clubs, by temporarily replenishing the number of registered players in their teams, and by adjusting the policy on foreign aid appearances.

The Chinese men's soccer team is scheduled to participate in two unofficial internal instructional matches after the Asian Games re-centralization. At least one of the opponents will be another team competing in the Asian Games men's soccer tournament, while the other will either be an Asian Games team or a representative team of a domestic club.

According to the rules of the Asian Games soccer tournament, each team can register a maximum of 22 players. However, several young players, such as Huang Zihao, Tao Qianglong, Abra Khan, Liu Zhuyun and Abdul Meat Suli, have already been called up by the National Olympics and are participating in the first phase of the Paris Olympic Preliminary Tournament for the Asian Region, which is about to be held from September 6 to 12 in Dalian. In addition, due to injuries sustained by individual players while representing their club teams, the men's soccer team's Asian Games coaching staff has decided to call up a number of candidates for this training session.

The call-up of overage players has also been a concern. Prior to this, Tan Long, Gao Tianyi and Barton, as overage players, played two international warm-up matches for the men's soccer team and the South Korean men's soccer team in June. From a practical point of view, a few of them performed well and integrated well with the team. However, due to injuries, individual players of the team's key positions who are of the right age and even starters are likely to miss this training. In this case, the coaching staff had to plan for the possible election of overage players. It is understood that, in addition to the above three and the previous men's soccer team participated in the Asian Games training Wu Xi, Zhang Ningbao, Zhang Lin, etc..
