On the afternoon of July 17th, the signing ceremony was held in Guangzhou for the British Sili Football Club. In the future, the club will be rooted in Guangzhou and radiate the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, focusing on comprehensively delivering talents for professional, amateur and campus soccer, and basing on the elite youth training for players aged 10 to 18.
The British Sili Football Club is a newly registered youth soccer club this year with a mature youth training operation and practical system. After the official establishment of the club, it will be joined by two strong soccer youth training teams, Qin Ying Sports and Anhua Sports.
After signing the contract, Qinying Sports became the largest shareholder of the club. They are a professional soccer youth training organization in Shaanxi Province with a coaching system from European soccer giant Ajax FC. They aim to develop well-rounded players with soccer skills, outstanding athletic performance, superb learning ability and extraordinary thinking ability, and provide appropriate services for players and coaches who love soccer. In the future, Qinying Sports will bring brand new domestic and international resources and advanced European youth training concepts to the Invaslift Football Club, and make every effort to promote outstanding youth trainees to study in the Netherlands.
Anhua Football Club is a new youth soccer training organization in Guangzhou, which has a long-term relationship with the Guangzhou Football Association's ladder teams. In recent years, it has also strongly supported the development of local women's soccer in Guangzhou and the building of soccer culture in the south. Currently, Anhua Football Club is about to participate in this year's Guangdong Football Association Super League.
After the establishment of Guangzhou Yinghua Si Li Football Club, it will create three "persistent" concepts of inheriting the local soccer culture in Guangzhou, expanding outlets for local soccer young players and coaches, and combining the southern soccer with the world's modern and advanced soccer concepts.
According to the preliminary plan, the English soccer club Sili will have several age ladders from 2007 to 2013. The Dutch team is responsible for the unification of the club's competition system and philosophy. The main members of the coaching team have coaching certificates at B level or above and have all participated in the domestic professional league, including local Guangzhou celebrities such as Tan Ende, Tian Ye, Ma Zhuojun and Wu Wei'an.
In the future, the players trained through the club will not only be transported to the echelons of major professional soccer clubs in China, but also serve the elite soccer in schools under the integration of sports and education. The long-term goal of the UK Sili Football Club is to become an elite soccer youth training center in the Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Greater Bay Area, and to explore a new model of soccer youth training in China.
