At 02:45 GMT on October 15, Germany will host the Netherlands in the 4th round of the UEFA Europa League group stage. On the eve of the match, Germany's head coach Nagelsmann attended a press conference and elaborated on topics such as the team's preparations, personnel arrangements and future plans.

Speaking about tomorrow's match, Nagelsmann said, "It's a very interesting match, the Dutch team is very strong. We were better in Amsterdam and had a chance to win that game and we will try to repeat that performance tomorrow. We definitely face a bigger challenge compared to the one we faced against Bosnia and Herzegovina." He revealed that both Aleksandar Pavlovic and Stiller will play in tomorrow's match.

Regarding Kroos' absence from tomorrow's national team farewell ceremony at the Allianz Arena, Nagelsmann said, "We didn't speak on the phone. He has a very important appointment at his soccer academy, so it's a shame he can't come. Kroos is an honorable player, but I have no reason to convince him to change his decision. His absence will not change his place in German soccer history."

In terms of personnel rotation, Nagelsmann revealed, "The changes won't be too big, it won't affect Tim Kleindienst's chances of playing. Although some players are tired, this is normal during a short break. We will see if we need to make more adjustments and we plan to make four personnel changes."

Of the Dutch striker Brobeyi, Nagelsmann spoke highly of him: "He is very physical. I was the one who brought him to Leipzig, but then I left, which was unfortunate. Brobeyi is not a typical striker who just stands in the box and scores the ball, he is very difficult to defend."

Speaking about his feelings since his first year in the job and his future after the 2026 World Cup, Nagelsmann said, "When you start a job, you have a belief. We had a good Euro and achieved a lot from a footballing point of view. As for the future after the 2026 World Cup, I don't know yet if we will continue to work together, but I am very happy with this job."

Finally, Nagelsmann commented on Stiller: "Angelo (Stiller) is doing well, he's trained well and has had a good start to the season. There are still things he can do better, but I would like to see him do that. There are still two years to go before the World Cup, so we need some young players to take on more responsibility."
