On May 8, Xu Jiayin held a special meeting of Evergrande Football School in Evergrande Football School, which clarified the development direction in the new period.

Evergrande insists on doing a good job with the Guangzhou team, just providing a platform for the players of the soccer school. The concept of the full Chinese class was put forward as early as 2017, and now we are fighting in the Central League and have realized the full school class. The Central League is the best stage to train and exercise soccer school players, and there is confidence that the whole team will be able to return to the Chinese Super League in the future.
The Guangzhou team is currently playing in the Central League, with players from and trained by the Evergrande Football School. The team has played three rounds of matches in the current Central League A, in which it drew two and lost one, accumulating two points and ranking 12th in the table.
