However, if you focus on the sides without considering the middle, the sides may also be blocked by the opponent." He pointed out the defensive characteristics of the Australian team and emphasized the importance of breaking through the middle.
Bea Tanaka further elaborated on the team's tactical thinking, "Therefore, it is key to attack the center first, then create space on the sides and think about how to win in those areas. The conversion aspect is also key, as after we press the attack and lose the ball, the chances of second attacks and fighting for the ball tend to increase. I think we each have the ability to adjust our play to the opponent." He emphasized the team's flexibility in transitioning between offense and defense and the importance of adjusting plays to the opponent.
