Changchun Yatai defeated Dalian Ren in the second round of the Chinese Super League with two goals from Liao Chengjian. Notably, Liao Chengjian scored his first official goal in his six-year career in the CSL.
Liao Chengjian began playing in the Chinese Super League with Shanghai Shenxin back in the 2013 season. Over the next few years, he worked his way through China B and China A, playing long term for Heilongjiang Volcano Mingquan. Liao Chengjian returned to the Chinese Super League in the 2020 season to join Shijiazhuang Yongchang (later renamed Cangzhou Lions) before moving to Changchun Yatai two seasons later.
Liao Chengjian is playing in his sixth Chinese Super League (CSL) season, and before this season, he had never scored a goal in a CSL game. But in the latest match between Changchun Yatai and Dalian Ren, he managed to score two goals to help his team win and contribute a lot.
