Yuexiushan Stadium is the traditional home of Guangzhou. However, in 2011, Guangzhou had to move their league home to Tianhe Stadium due to the stadium's non-compliance with AFC Asian Champions League stadium regulations. Since then, Yuexiushan Stadium has become the home match of Guangzhou City FC. Guangzhou returned to Yuexiushan Stadium to play in the Central League matches this season.
