On the evening of April 7, the Chinese Football Association (CFA) announced the 2023 calendar of matches for China's three-tier professional soccer league. The much-anticipated Chinese Super League will kick off on April 15 and the competition will end on November 4th.
2023 Competition Calendar
It is worth mentioning that the 2023 Chinese Super League will have three longer breaks from June 10 to 20, September 2 to 12 and October 7 to 17 to make way for the national football team. The CFA will arrange three training sessions and related warm-up matches for the national football team during these three periods.
In addition to the Chinese Super League, the Chinese League A will begin on April 22nd and end on November 5th. The China B League will start on April 29th and end on October 22nd. This year's F.A.C. Cup matches will return to normal, with fixtures scheduled during the league season, with the first round of matches to be played on May 17-18, and the final scheduled for Nov. 25th.
