According to the transfer market news, former Jiangsu team player Zhou Yun resumed his career and joined Jiangsu amateur team Jiangsu Nanfang Dongsheng.

Zhou Yun was born on December 31, 1990 in Suzhou, Jiangsu, China and plays as a right back. He played 294 games for Jiangsu, scoring 2 goals and assisting 14 times. Zhou Yun helped Jiangsu win the 2008 Central League Championship, 2013 Super Cup Championship, 2015 FA Cup Championship, and 2020 Chinese Super League Championship. Zhou Yun chose to retire as Jiangsu suspended operations in March 2021.

Now, Zhou Yun has made a comeback to join Jiangsu amateur team Jiangsu Nanfang Dongsheng. The predecessor of Jiangsu Nanfang Dongsheng Football Club is the campus youth training founded by Pan Guinian, the current secretary general of Nanjing Jianye District Football Association and a famous youth training coach, in the early 1990s in Jianye District. With the generous support of Jiangsu Nanfang Group in early 2021, Jiangsu Nanfang Group Dongsheng Football Club was officially established.
