The main review of debts within the soccer industry, including personnel salaries, clubs owe money, etc., debts outside the soccer industry are not within the scope of this access review, the CFA
The review will be included in the corresponding access cycle based on the timing of the final decision or ruling in the case in question.
(ii) Supplementary note on settlement of debts
According to the AFC Entry Regulations and the CFA
According to the relevant requirements of the admission regulations, the club can defer the settlement of debts through actual payment and signing relevant agreements with creditors by consensus. The relevant agreement with creditors shall be signed in the CFA.
For the record, CFA
Follow-up implementation will be monitored on an ongoing basis in accordance with the relevant agreements.
(iii) Complaint channels
If the relevant creditors have objections to the list of clubs listed in Article 1 of this Notice, they may submit their objections to the CFA.
Submission of relevant materials, CFA
It will be processed in a timely manner on the basis of the material received. Specific requests are set out below:
1. Creditors should provide valid personal identification documents or business licenses and contact information.
2. The creditor shall provide the contract signed with the relevant professional club and other supporting explanatory materials. Among them, the players shall provide the contracts signed with the CFA

3. Creditors should send the above materials by email during the public notice period (March 21 to March 23, 2023) to the following email address:

The admission materials submitted by the clubs will be meticulously reviewed, and only those clubs that have passed the public announcement of debt clearance and the admission review of clubs at all levels of the league for the 2023 season will be eligible for admission to all levels of the professional league for the 2023 season.
