On March 13, in preparation for the second phase of the U20 Women's Asian Preliminary Round, the U20 Women's Soccer Team announced a new 30-player training roster, with Ouyang Yuhuan, Huo Yuexin and others.
According to the arrangement, the U20 women's soccer team will take part in the second stage of the National Women's Football Championship from March 21 to 31, 2023 at the Kunming Haiji Sports Training Base, and go to the Taihu Football Training Base in Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province, from April 1 to 13 for training.
From June 3 to 11 this year, the U20 women's soccer team will compete in the second stage of the U20 Women's Asian Qualifying Tournament, where the eight teams that topped the first stage of the qualifying group will vie for four tickets to next year's U20 Women's Asian Cup. The four teams that qualified for the tournament are Japan, North Korea and South Korea, hosts Uzbekistan and the top three teams from the previous tournament.
