According to the previous schedule, on March 20, the CFA will announce the admission list. Shaanxi Chang'an Athletic (hereinafter referred to as Shaanxi team) has taken a number of measures. On the one hand, it continued to recruit founding corporate members to solve the funding gap as much as possible; on the other hand, in order not to delay the preparation for the war, head coach Feng Feng resigned and left the team, and then urgently appointed Huang Yong to lead the team to continue winter training.

Echelon, hardware up to standard

According to the rules of access, the Central League clubs must set up U19, U17, U15, U14, U13 a total of five different age levels of the ladder, Shaanxi team since its inception has attached great importance to the ladder construction, at this level, the Northwest Wolves have no problem.

Clubs also need to be involved in the building of women's soccer teams and support their development in various forms. In other words, the construction of the ladder team and the women's soccer team are equally important. As a matter of fact, as early as last year, Shaanxi team has cooperated with Shaanxi Provincial Football Association to name Shaanxi Women's Football Team. Although it was only a newly promoted horse, the girls inherited the spirit of the Northwest Wolves going all out and never giving up, and completed the relegation task a few rounds ahead of schedule. In the new season, Shaanxi Women's Soccer Team moved their home field to Yan'an and continued to fight for the Women's Super League.

Shaanxi should have no problem building a team.

In addition, the access also sets clearer requirements for stadium hardware facilities. Clubs applying for access must have a stadium that can be used for AFC tournament events and clubs applying to participate in CFA league events at all levels. The stadium should comply with the stadium regulations and competition regulations of AFC and CFA, including the number of seats, area settings and press management regulations. In addition, the admitted club should not only have a home that meets the requirements, but also a base for daily training.

Realistically, Shaanxi's first home ground for the new season is a provincial stadium known as the "St. Vermilion Bird". It has hosted top international and domestic tournaments such as the Preliminary Round, Chinese Super League and Opening Ceremony. Before the 14th National Games, the stadium was renovated to meet full access standards. The backup venue is the Baoxian International Football Center, which is a newly built venue. Initially built to host the Asian Cup, the various facilities will be world-class.

As for the training base, the provincial sports training center has many standard soccer fields, and the national team used to train here when they came to Xi'an. The Provincial Sports Bureau has always supported the Shaanxi team, and the Northwest Wolves also used this place as a training base when they played B and A. Therefore, Shaanxi team can easily pass the venue hardware facilities.

All-out efforts to address wage arrears

Shaanxi team into the biggest problem is the financial difficulties, relative to team building and hardware facilities can easily pass the examination. In order to expand the source of funds, they did a series of work in the early stage. In the short term, through the innovative membership system and the sale of packages, it brought about 12 million yuan of income, partially relieved the financial pressure of the club, and helped to solve the arrears of wages and pass the access examination; however, in the long term, this is not a fundamental way to solve the financial difficulties.

After launching the founding lifetime membership effort, Shaanxi began to look for founding corporate members to continue to broaden the channels of business operations, and strive to create a triangular symbiotic model of fans + clubs + businesses, including match banners, match issue covers, big screen ads, box access, hand-holding caddie slots, a variety of pre-match and match activities, off-site business sheds and promotional activities, professional teams planning for businesses, live streaming of bandwagons, and gifts to clubs.

It is reported that many local companies have already expressed their intention to cooperate with the Shaanxi team, but the cooperation has not yet entered the practice stage because the Northwest Wolves have not yet passed the access.

The most important thing at present is to expand the source of funds and solve the wage arrears. Recently, the club has been discussing with the players and doing their ideological work. Many players understand the difficulties of the team at this stage. Currently, players such as Ding Jie, Wang Qi, Wen Wubin, Xu Wu, Zheng Yiming and some trial players have been re-centralized in Xi'an to prepare for the new China A season.

Since its establishment in 2016, the Shaanxi team has made steady progress, not blindly investing and pursuing market-oriented and localized operations. However, due to objective factors, they have suffered a financial crisis. What the Northwest Wolves lack most at the moment is time. As long as they pass the access this year, as the home and away venues are restored and the market picks up, it is still promising to open the operation with their own ability.

Club executives revealed: "Our staff has been working overtime some time ago, and we are doing our best to cope with the access assessment. Now, the relevant access materials have been reported to the FA as required. We will do our best to preserve the flame of professional soccer in Shaanxi."
