On the afternoon of February 17, in Zhuhai Soka training base and a newly established local team of the Champions League club held a warm-up match, the 2006 U17 national football team rested for two consecutive days, is scheduled to resume training on February 20, and more "devil" training courses are waiting for the players.

In order to prepare for the U17 Asian Cup Finals to be held in Thailand in June this year, the U17 national football team kicked off its second training session of the year on January 29th in Zhuhai. From the perspective of grasping the rhythm of preparation, the coaching staff mainly arranged for the players to carry out physical reserves and technical and tactical drills during the first phase of the domestic part of the preparation process in this period. According to this rhythm, the whole team used the past two weeks or so to focus on the physical strengthening training, three times a day has become a "regular meal".

On February 14th, in order to test the training effect, the coaching team specially arranged a team to have an internal confrontation match. Since then, after active coordination by the team management, the U17 national football team held its first warm-up match against another team on the afternoon of the 17th. The opponent was Zhuhai 2030 FC, which has recently formed a new club in the area to register for the new Champions League season.

Currently, 30 of the three players who have left the team continue to stay in the team for training. Except for some injured players, such as Wang Yudong, the top scorer of the U17 national soccer team, most of them took part in this warm-up match, while Coach Yang Chen sent out two completely different lineups in the first and second halves to warm up with the opponents. Most of the 11 players who started in the first half participated in last October's U17 Asian Qualifiers as starters.

In the 35th minute of the match, U17 National Football Team center forward Liu Chengyu broke the deadlock on the field after beating the opponent's defenders. In the 64th minute, a header by a Zhuhai 2030 player equalized the score. However, the U17 National Football Team still controlled the situation on the field with good tactical skills and scored a goal by Mei Shuaijun in the 75th minute to keep this score until the end.

It is worth noting that, compared with the first half of the year, there are many newcomers in the second half of the lineup of the U17 national football team, and the mutual friction between the players is not ideal, so the organization of attack and defense was once relatively messy. However, coaches and players can find problems in time through the real sense of the warm-up matches, and gain from the actual battle.

It is reported that after the game, all the participants of the U17 national football team also collectively participated in physical training, the players have adapted to this high-intensity training. after the internal teaching game in the afternoon of February 14th, the coaching staff asked the team with mistakes to run directly from the field back to the residence, more than 8 kilometers away from the resident hotel. The coaching team's arrangement is not to punish the players, but to further strengthen the players' physical reserves in this way. To encourage the disciples to bite the bullet, the coaching staff also ran back to the hotel with the players.

It is also because the players have been receiving high-intensity training, the coaching staff decided to arrange for the team to rest for two days at the end of the week, and then resume training on the 20th to avoid injuries caused by excessive fatigue of the players. It is understood that from the training recovery to the beginning of March to Foshan to participate in the Cup Invitational Tournament, the team's training will still maintain the "devil" rhythm.
