On March 21, 2019, Sobosloj made his debut for the Hungarian national soccer team in a UEFA EURO 2020 qualifier, replacing László Kleinheisler on the pitch in the 54th minute against Slovakia.On September 9, he kicked his first international goal in the same UEFA EURO 2020 qualifier against Slovakia.
On September 3, 2020, Sobosloj scored another free-kick goal in the 2020-21 UEFA Nations League B against Turkey as Hungary recorded a 1-0 victory against Turkey in Sivas.
On November 12, 2020, Sobosloj scored in the last minute of the UEFA EURO 2020 qualifying play-off against Iceland to send Hungary into the UEFA EURO 2020 Championship.
Sobosloj was originally named to the 2020 UEFA European Football Championship roster but withdrew from the tournament on June 1, 2021 due to injury.
