As Milan are about to host Udinese, Marek Jankulovski, a Czech left back who has played for both clubs, gave an interview to La Gazzetta dello Sport. He expects it to be a good game and points out that Milan cannot afford to make any more mistakes if they want to compete for the league title after their loss in Fiorentina. At the same time, he believes that Udinese are the dark horses of the first half of the season and have performed well, and that they deserve their current position.

Jankulovski expressed confidence in whether Milan under Fonseca can win the league title. He believes that Milan have a strong squad and still have time to catch up despite their poor start. If their form picks up, they can close the gap with Napoli. He is also looking forward to Milan's performance after the Derby, which was a beautiful and well-deserved victory despite their loss to Fiorentina on penalties.

Speaking about Teo Hernandez, Jankulovski said that he really likes the wing player and thinks he is one of the strongest players in the world. At the same time, he also set higher expectations for Te'o and Leo's performances, believing that they are two stars, but must prove themselves with consistent performances.

What impressed Jankulovski about Udinese was the speed with which the new coach communicated his philosophy and their strong start. He believes that no mistakes can be made against Udinese as they have a squad capable of beating any opponent. At the same time, he also appreciates the contribution of the Pozzo family to Udinese, believing that they have kept the club at an outstanding level since 1986.

Reflecting on his career, Jankulovski mentioned that his fondest memory of his three seasons at Udinese was finishing fourth under Spalletti, as well as his thoughts on Spalletti's role as coach of the Italian national team. He also expressed his gratitude for the four years he spent with Carlo Ancelotti at Milan, describing him as an incredible coach and a guide for the whole team. Finally, he talked about the changes in Milan from the era of Berlusconi and Galliani to the era of Cardinale and Ibrahimovic, arguing that each era had its own unique characteristics and contributions.
