The list of candidates will be evaluated by FIFA experts, and the winner will be voted on by the current men's national team manager, the current men's national team captain, and a representative of professional journalists in each region who make up FIFA's global registered fan representatives, with the votes of the members of the four categories of the panel weighted equally.
