In a recent interview with the media, renowned soccer coach Pep Guardiola shared his love for coaching and his views on the number of English coaches in the Premier League. At the same time, he also expressed his respect for other coaches, believing that their presence makes him a better coach.

When asked about his future plans, Guardiola confessed that he prefers the coaching role and emphasized his love for the green field: "I love the green field. I don't like the role of the tie, and if that was the case, I would have a lot of criticism of my coach! I couldn't do it. I still love coming to work in the morning - I love it! It's the main reason I became a coach."

Talking about the number of English coaches in the Premier League, Guardiola expressed his concern and hoped that English coaches would not disappear in the Premier League: "Of course, I hope there are more English coaches in the Premier League. It's quite normal. I don't know why there aren't more, maybe because sporting directors like Begiristain know me from Barcelona. If the sporting director was English, things might be different."

Guardiola also mentioned Sir Alex Ferguson, a legendary manager in the history of the Premier League, and paid great respect to him: "In this country and all over the world, Sir Alex Ferguson is the greatest. Whether in terms of time, team changes or trophies. To be close to one of the most important coaches in history is enough for me. It's an incredible honor for me, my entire staff, all the assistant coaches and players."

At the same time, Guardiola also showed his humility, believing that being the best coach is not the most important: "For Manchester United fans, it will always be Sir Alex Ferguson. That's totally fine. I'm not saying I'm a bad coach, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to stay here for so long and be successful. But being the best or not being the best, really, believe me, it doesn't matter."

In addition, Guardiola also highlighted the influence of other coaches on him, believing that their presence has made him a better coach: "Jurgen Klopp, Jose Mourinho and now Arteta have all made me a better coach. Their tactical concepts, management styles and performances on the pitch have inspired and informed me a lot."
