Regarding the relevant deployment requirements of professional soccer club reform, recently, Dalian People Professional Football Club has completed its reorganization and built up an operation structure with state-owned team management and strong support from private enterprises such as Wanda Group. The new club will adhere to the correct direction of reform, systematically reconstruct the original mode of operation and salary system, and strive to build a team of first-class athletes with the spirit of struggle, sense of unity, full of positive energy, defying the difficulties, and never give up, so as to put into the 2022 season of the professional league with a new attitude, and revitalize Dalian's soccer. We are now recruiting first-team players from all over the country, and announce the relevant matters as follows:
I. Scope of recruitment
(a) Trial players should have the nationality of the People's Republic of China or active foreign players in the leagues of the People's Republic of China at all levels (trial players should be currently stationed in the People's Republic of China, meet the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, and be able to participate in the trial on time);
(b) Trial players should be law-abiding, of good character, no bad habits, with good technical and combat level, physical quality and enterprising sportsmanship (players with professional league experience and players of Dalian nationality who aspire to play in their hometowns are given priority in arranging trial training);
(c) Forward (CF) and back (DM) players are the focus of the assessment.
II. Mode of selection
The assessment and evaluation team determined by the club, based on the player's trial performance, and combined with training and match data analysis, selects the best candidates to enter the first team or reserve team.
III. Remuneration system
After the players are formally recruited after the trial training, the salary will be set in accordance with the sunshine salary appraisal system based on "basic salary (30%) + performance salary (70%) + match bonus". The sunshine salary assessment system will be oriented to guide the athletes to fight bravely, dare to fight and reflect the spirit of the spirit, instead of purely pursuing the results, rewarding merit and punishing faults, rewarding diligence and punishing laziness, and eliminating the end of the line. Among them, the match bonus will be determined by comprehensively considering the team's performance, team atmosphere and players' individual performance in matches and training, with the maximum not exceeding 5 times of the basic salary. The club hereby solemnly promises that it will strictly implement the established sunshine salary assessment system, pay according to performance, open and transparent, and put an end to salary arrears.
IV. Enrolment requirements
(a) Trial players are required to submit a physical health certificate issued by a third-class hospital within 30 days of the deadline for registration, and purchase personal accident insurance, and sign a waiver of liability for Dalian People's Professional Football Club trial players during the trial period;
(ii) For players under the age of 18, a copy of the guardian's ID card must be attached and signed in agreement;
(c) Players participating in the trial will be responsible for their own round-trip transportation, food and accommodation costs, the club can arrange accommodation during the trial, once hired, the club will bear all the expenses related to the trial, such as transportation costs;
(iv) Trial players should not have signed a valid contract with another club and there is no
