Australia also had a great run as they broke through the Australian gates in the first round, losing 1-4 in the end, but the pair beat Tunisia and Denmark 1-0 in the next two rounds to qualify for the group, and then went down 0-2 in the last 16 against Argentina, before almost drawing and regretting missing out on the last eight 1-2.

The performances of Japan, South Korea and Australia in this World Cup are good enough to qualify as the light of Asia!

[Three teams are not doing badly]

The other three teams out of the tournament did well! Iran lost 2-6 in the first round of the group stage, but beat Wales 2-0 in its second match. It lost only 0-1 to the United States in the final round, one goal away from qualifying for the group. Saudi Arabia dealt the world a crushing blow in the first round of the World Cup: a 2-1 defeat to Argentina.

In the second round, the Saudis lost 0-2 to Poland, but in the match against Mexico, the Saudis scored another goal and lost 1-2. Even though they finished bottom of the group stage, the spirit, technique and tactical style of the Saudis in their three group matches could be considered good for an Asian team. They were not at all obscene and fought their opponents straight to the end.

As the home team in this World Cup, Qatar made their debut in the World Cup with 0-2 Ecuador, 1-3 Senegal and 0-2 Netherlands. Although they created a lot of shame, they also scored a goal. Compared to China's performance in their first World Cup, Qatar's performance was good enough.

[Chinese soccer should reflect on the need to practice internal skills]

Six Asian teams have done so well in the World Cup. In fact, they have written the model of Asian soccer. Currently, these six teams are the first tier of Asian soccer. The United Arab Emirates, Iraq, Oman and Syria are the second tier. The Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand and China are the third tier and can even be relied upon!

While six Asian teams are shining in the World Cup, what is Chinese soccer doing? The current state of Chinese soccer has also given the staff more food for thought. Chinese soccer needs to practice its internal skills. If you can't improve yourself, even if you expand at the 2026 World Cup, it will be hard for China to get a ticket.

Now the Chinese men's soccer team has to get ready for the 2026 World Cup. Even the 2023 Asian Cup has to be prepared for the World Cup. There are only firm goals and good internal skills. How should we develop internal skills? League, Study Abroad, Youth Training, Football Route, Basic Skills, Techniques and Tactics ...... Only then can we raise the hope of reaching the World Cup, otherwise the hope is basically zero.
