In a post-match interview after Liverpool's 2-1 home win over Chelsea, Liverpool player Hrafenbech expresses his joy at the victory and his recognition of his team's performance.
I'm very happy with the win, it wasn't an easy game and we knew that before the game," said Hrafenbech. I think in the end we fought a lot and we deserved to win. We always stick together, keep playing and keep looking for chances, we knew the second chance would come and we managed to take it."
Regarding the start of the season, Hrafenbech believes that although it is still early, the team is in a good position and must continue to work hard. He emphasized, "It's still early and we have a lot of games to play, but we are in a good position and we have to keep the momentum going and keep working hard."
Speaking about teammate Jones, Hrafenbech was full of praise: "He's a very good player, I see that he has the same qualities as me, he's got great ball control, great breaks with the ball. You can see his commitment to the game and he's been unbelievable. I knew what Jones was capable of and I knew what I could expect from him and, as I said, he did very well. We have a great understanding on the field and I know where I should be when he's in possession and vice versa, he's a very good player."
Additionally, Hrafenbech spoke about his performance playing at number six: "I've said before that I'm enjoying playing at number six this season and I'm enjoying the process and trying to stay as consistent as possible. Things are going well, but we have to keep working hard and keep improving our performance."
