Compared with us, European and American players have a great advantage in size and physical quality, but this does not mean that we Chinese women's soccer is not good at soccer. Shui Qingxia: Immediately after the Women's World Cup draw, I traveled to Adelaide, Australia and elsewhere to investigate local training, venues and accommodation. FIFA offered the Chinese women's soccer team a choice of three different training grounds, some of which had to be re-turfed. From what I have seen so far, I remain happy with the training base for the Adelaide men's soccer team in the Australian Super League. The other two venues have not yet completed their renovation and are a bit poor at the moment.
Of course, the Women's World Cup will be held next year. In six months' time, I hope that under the supervision of Football Federation Australia and FIFA, we can carry out renovation and decoration as soon as possible. At the beginning of next year, all the training grounds and facilities can be shown to the world with a brand new look. Of course, the final training camp for the Chinese women's soccer team during the World Cup has yet to be determined. Generally speaking, we will choose to keep the distance between the accommodation and the training ground to about 20 minutes.
In December, we will start a new training session. Physical reserve is a serious challenge for women's soccer girls and must be done more carefully. If there is a chance, I would like to play more matches through international match days early next year, so that the players can fully prepare themselves physically, mentally and all other things.
