The CFA said in the penalty announcement:In order to further improve the work of professional soccer clubs to solve the problem of wage arrears, I will publish on April 2, 2022 the soccer word ﹝2022﹞121 Chinese Football Association on the work related to the 2022 season of the Chinese Super League, China First Division League and China Second Division League. According to the notice, the professional soccer clubs should settle no less than 30% of the outstanding wages before July 31, 2022.
I will be announced on July 7 soccer word ﹝ 2022 ﹞ July 19, the Chinese Football Association on the further implementation of the 2022 season at all levels of professional league related policies of the supplementary notice issued ﹝ 2022 ﹞ Chinese Football Association on the public acceptance of the complaints of the people concerned notice No. 297.
Upon receipt of the summary tables of wages in arrears submitted by professional soccer clubs in accordance with the above notification and the complaint materials submitted by the persons in arrears, I will make comparisons and verifications, and confirm the total amount of wages in arrears with the clubs concerned.
After the clubs have submitted the relevant proof of repayment based on the total amount of wages in arrears determined, I will conduct a preliminary review. on August 26, I will send a letter to the relevant clubs, requesting that additional explanatory materials and relevant proof of payment be provided by August 29th.
After review, I will confirm that Hebei Football Club, Wuhan Changjiang Football Club and Hunan Xiangtao Football Club failed to implement the above requirements according to the regulations. According to the soccer words ﹝2022﹞ No. 121 CFA notice on the work related to the 2022 Chinese Super League, China First Division League and China Second Division League, it was decided to deduct 3 points from the league points of the 2022 season of Hebei Football Club, Wuhan Changjiang Football Club and Hunan Xiangtao Football Club.
I will once again request professional soccer clubs to attach great importance to wage arrears. Clubs that fail to implement the requirements of the notice will be dealt with in accordance with the regulations once verified.
