According to the competition program drawn up by the CFF preparatory team, the U21 League will be divided into two stages:
Stage 1: 12 teams will be divided into two groups of 6 teams each, each group will play a single round-robin competition, and the top 4 teams of each group will enter the second stage of the competition. The phase of the competition will be held in Zhangzhou, Fujian, from October 25th to November 10th.
Phase II: Phase I
