Shang Yin, along with Fei Yu, is a former member of the Shenhua team, and in 2013, after a long career in the amateur league, he was picked up by Shenhua, but was loaned out to Jiangxi Liansheng to play in the Chinese League B. Fei Yu, also from Shenhua, made his debut in Shenhua's 2011 season away to Nanchang Hengyuan, but failed to renew his contract for the 2013 season and began his journey to overseas leagues, joining the Dalian side in 2022.
This season, Shang Yin and Fei Yu, two once forgotten names, have been revitalized under the guidance of Coach Xie Hui. In the 17 rounds of matches so far, Shang Yin has made 15 appearances, contributing 4 goals and 1 assist; Fei Yu has made 16 appearances, collecting 2 goals and 2 assists.
