Looking back to 1994, after the reform of professionalization of Chinese soccer, Guangxi Huahai team ranked ninth in the first B league, but unfortunately relegated to the second level, since then the first level era of Guangxi soccer drew to a close. Guangxi Yinli had three unsuccessful attempts to reach the first division from 1995 to 1997, and was later acquired by Anhui Lepusheng. In the early stage of professionalization, Guangxi had emerged in Guangxi Changchengka, Guangxi Guilin Vanguard and other Chinese B teams, but most of them were disbanded after failing to reach the first division.

In 2006, Guangxi Xinyi Huazhuo was established and ranked sixth in the Southern Region of the Chinese B League that year, and finally ranked twelfth.In 2007, although Guangxi Tianji fought with Anhui Jiuhuashan in the third-place playoffs until overtime, they still regretted losing, and the road to the first-place team was only one step away. After two consecutive failed attempts to reach the first division, Guangxi Tianji was disbanded, and in 2015, Guangxi Longguida ranked 14th in the Southern Division of the Second Division, and the team was acquired by Nantong Zhiyun after their dream of reaching the first division was shattered.

In 2000, Bayi Zhenbang was promoted to A A as the runner-up of A B, but it was not a local team of Guangxi.In 2001, Bayi Zhenbang was ranked 12th in A A. Now, the rise of Guangxi Pingguo Ha Loud and Clear marks the revival of soccer in Guangxi. The club's predecessor, Guangxi Baoyun, was founded in 2018 and surged into the Central B League that year as the 13th-ranked team in the Champions League. After three consecutive seasons in the C.B. League, Guangxi Pingguo Ha Loud and Clear won the qualification for the A.B. Elevation Playoffs this year as the third-place finisher in the C.B. League, and successfully broke into the A.B. League by defeating Xinjiang Tianshan Xuebao with a total score of 1-0 in the playoffs.

It is worth mentioning that Yang Lin, the head coach of Guangxi Pingguo Ha Loud and Clear, was a former international footballer, and at the age of 40, he has played for several Chinese Super League and Chinese League A teams such as Dalian Shide, Henan Jianye, Dalian Albin, Shijiazhuang Yongchang, etc., and has been selected for both the national Olympic team and the national team.In 2017, Yang Lin served as an assistant coach and a player for Hebei Elite; he was the leader and assistant coach of Dalian Qianzhao in 2018, and later served as technical director of the team.In 2019 In 2020, Yang Lin led Xiamen Ludao to a second-place finish in the Chinese Championship and a successful run to the B Championship, filling a 13-year gap in professional soccer in Xiamen since the Xiamen Blue Lions withdrew from the professional league in 2008.In 2021, Yang Lin returned to Guangxi once again to serve as the Deputy General Manager and Head Coach of Guangxi Pingguo Hahhong.
