Dalian soccer reform and development ushers in a new chapter
In today's press conference, the Dalian People's Club officially announced that the Dalian Football Reform and Development Working Group led by Wanda Group has formed a management team to take over the Dalian People's Professional Football Club. The move marks an important step in the reform of Dalian soccer, and Wanda Group will also take over the club's historical debt of more than 20 years.
The official announcement revealed that Wanda Group and Party Group's long-term contribution to Dalian soccer cannot be ignored and will continue to fully support the development of Dalian professional soccer in the future. According to the agreement signed by the two sides, Wanda Group will bear all the historical debts of Dalian People Professional Football Club before the takeover, as well as the expenses for the operation of the club, youth training and the operation of Dalian Campus Football Primary School Base School in the next three years. This move is expected to total RMB 1.6 billion, aiming to show its deep friendship to its hometown city and its firm support to Dalian soccer with practical actions.
The Dalian Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government said that they will adhere to the concept of "people's soccer, the government has the responsibility", further increase the support for the soccer cause, promote the club to recruit top coaching team and athletes, especially focusing on the creation of a vibrant professional soccer club. Through reform and innovation, respecting the law of development of soccer, establishing a standardized and transparent salary system and an efficient performance appraisal system, stimulating the morale and passion of athletes, meeting the challenges of the new season with a new outlook, and striving to achieve excellent results.
Immediately after that, Dalian Ren FC released the announcement of selecting and hiring the first team head coach. In the middle of last season, Dalian Ren was unfortunately relegated to the Central League.

Soccer practitioners in general:
In order to deeply implement the decision-making and deployment of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on the reform and development of soccer, implement the requirements of the Dalian Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, and promote the sustained and healthy development of Dalian professional soccer with the orientation of professional, market-oriented and social reform, Dalian People's Professional Football Club is now openly selecting and hiring the Head Coach of the Men's Football Team in accordance with the needs of the work. The following is the announcement of related matters:
I. Job information
(i) Selection and recruitment position: Head Coach of the Men's First Team of Dalian People Professional Football Club.
(ii) Contract term: from the date of signing the contract to the end of the 2022 season of the First Division League of the Chinese Football Association; if promoted to the 2023 Premier League of the Chinese Football Association, the contract will be automatically extended to the end of the 2023 season; if the conditions for automatic extension are not met, the contract will be negotiated separately according to the coaching performance and the results of youth training.
(iii) Position remuneration: The sunshine remuneration system of basic salary + bonus (1:2 ratio) is implemented. The bonus is variable according to the performance, and can be up to 5 times of the basic salary.
II. Principles of selection and recruitment
(i) Adhere to the principles of openness, equality, competition and meritocracy;
(ii) Adhering to the criteria of employing people who are both competent and ethical, with ethics as the first priority;
(c) Adhering to the principles of performance orientation, appropriateness of the person to the post, and focusing on the combination of comprehensive literacy and professional competence.
III. Time and place of selection and recruitment
(i) Application period: from now until March 15, 2022 at 2400 hours;
(ii) Interviews will be held from March 16 to March 17, 2022, to be announced;
(c) Interview location: Dalian Football Youth Training Base, 150 meters north of Dalian Sports Center, Northwest Road, Ganjingzi District, Dalian, Liaoning Province.
IV. Conditions of enrolment
(i) Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China;
(ii) Understanding of the CFA's policy requirements on the reform of professional soccer clubs;
(c) Mastering the laws and trends of modern soccer development, with strong technical and tactical skills and experience in managing teams and managers;
(d) Holding an AFC professional level (or equivalent) coaching qualification with a valid coaching license;
(v) Under 60 years of age, physically fit and able to adapt to the high intensity of the Club's work;
(f) No criminal, disciplinary or breach of trust records, integrity, good conduct, strong sense of enterprise and responsibility.
V. Registration information and requirements
(i) Registration form (attached);
(ii) A health certificate issued by a Grade 3A hospital within 30 days prior to the submission of the application form and a certificate of credit record;
(c) Football professional level coaching certificate and coaching license;

VI. Selection and recruitment procedures
(i) Qualification audit: The recruitment team of Dalian People's Football Club will conduct qualification audit on the applicants, determine the candidates to participate in the interview and assessment session and notify them of the interview by phone;
(ii) Assessment method: Interview presentation and questions and answers. Candidates are required to present their coaching philosophy, team formation ideas, personal strengths, work team formation (profile and vision), understanding and analysis of league opponents, league preparation plan, etc. through PPT, which should not be longer than 30 minutes, and answer the recruitment team's questions after the presentation.
Applicants should implement epidemic prevention and control measures in accordance with the latest epidemic prevention and control requirements issued by the Dalian CDC. If the applicants are unable to go to Dalian City for interviews due to epidemic prevention and control reasons, they can apply to the club to participate in the way of network video.
