According to the revelation of Brazilian media, Oscar has reached an agreement with Brazilian club Flamengo to join the club, but the Shanghai seaport side has expressed a strong retention of Oscar's departure, which has attracted extensive attention from the Korean media.

Oscar has signed a contract with Flamengo, a Brazilian soccer team, to play in the Shanghai Harbor League. He is rumored to have made an "official jersey announcement" via social media, and the Brazilian media has confirmed that Flamengo has signed a contract with Oscar, who appears to have officially said goodbye to the Shanghai seaport.
However, Brazilian media have revealed that although Flamengo and Oscar have reached a personal agreement, the two sides have yet to reach an agreement with Shanghai Seaport on a transfer. Flamengo would like to loan Oscar until December, but Shanghai Seaport has not agreed to this.
On the 16th, Oscar took to social media to apologize to Flamengo's fans and said, "Thank you very much for all the love and care that the Flamengo fans have given me over the past month."
Nonetheless, the Shanghai seaport side is still hoping for Oscar's return, as Oscar's contract with the club doesn't officially expire until November 30, 2024.
