For the past three months, Wang Frost has been undergoing rehabilitation and special physical training at the Hubei Provincial Sports Bureau Football Sports Management Center. The rehabilitation process was boring and difficult, but Wang Frost gradually transitioned from basic training to practicing with the ball.
"The recovery is good, but it will take some time to gel and adapt with my national teammates and head coach. I believe I can quickly adapt to the rhythm of the national team and the technical and tactical requirements of the head coach." Wang Frost said.
Cheng Yang, a rehabilitator at the Hubei Institute of Sports Science, introduced Wang Frost, who has moved from rehabilitation to specialized physical training for six weeks.
"From the test and evaluation data and weekly team competitions, she has recovered her physical abilities well, with significant improvements in cardiorespiratory capacity, lower body strength, running distance and acceleration distance." Cheng Yang said.
Playing for her country is a goal Wang Frost has been pursuing for a long time. She said that soccer has been with her for many years and she has been known by more people because of it, but the attention, honors and praises in the process belong to individuals.
