Organizer changes, the 32nd AFC Congress has authorized management to accelerate the bidding process with the aim of quickly locking in a new host.

Enthusiastic member associations will be required to first submit a letter of intent. Once the competitive process is over, the AFC management will submit a detailed report and a list of recommendations to the Executive Committee, which will ultimately choose the new host.
