The Korean Women's Football Association (KFA) released a message that the Korean women's soccer team will play a friendly match against Canada, which will kick off at 4:00 a.m. (Korean local time) on June 27 at the BMO Field in Toronto, Canada.

The Korean women's soccer team is aiming to test their performance against the Canadian team, which is physically and technically strong in headers, in this warm-up match. The match is scheduled to take place during the FIFA Women's National Team Competition and will be open to teams from both countries as well as players from Europe.

The Canadian women's soccer team is currently ranked 6th in the FIFA rankings, 11 spots ahead of 17th-ranked South Korea. Since 1995, Canada has made seven consecutive women's soccer

Final Round. Canada has excelled in the Olympic women's soccer program. Last year at the Tokyo Olympics, they won the gold medal over Sweden after defeating world powerhouse USA to reach the final.

In the history of the two women's national teams, South Korea has a slightly worse record with one win and seven losses, with the only victory coming in January 2013 at the Four Nations Tournament in Yongchuan, China. In October of the same year, Korea lost 0-3 on the road in Canada.
