Originally, Rizhao in Shandong Province was regarded as a popular candidate, however, due to various objective limitations, the possibility of hosting is low. According to several media reports, the CFA intends to adjust the third tournament area to Haikou, and the relevant leaders have personally traveled to Haikou to negotiate.
